From our purpose built factory in Wexford, Ireland, we source and produce Razor Clams (Ensis siliqua), Langoustines (Nephrops norvegicus), King Scallops (Pecten maximus) and Queen Scallops (Chlamys opercularis).
These products are exclusively harvested from the unpolluted waters off the Irish coast and our selected fishing vessels are at sea for 24-72 hours before landing. With our processing facility only situated minutes from the closest port of landing, quality and freshness is always guaranteed.

We also offer a select range of fish and shellfish for the foodservice industry in Ireland and are proud suppliers of award winning local restaurantes in Wexford.
